Take advantage of our free summer professional development sessions on coding, 3D design, and makerspace tools.

1st Maker Space is once again providing FREE professional development opportunities for the 2024 summer months. This year’s professional development will focus on Micro:bits, Makey Makey, 3D Design and Printing and Shaper Origin CNC. Each session will be held at our 1st Maker Space office in Fishers, IN and will run from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Participants will learn a basic overview of the product, get hands-on experience while completing an activity or project, and view the educator resources available. Spark Creativity This Summer: Join Our Free Virtual Makerspace PD Series

This summer, 1st Maker Space is offering four free, one-hour virtual PD sessions designed to inspire hands-on learning and introduce educators to tools like AI, robotics, and digital fabrication. Each session provides practical strategies, ready-to-use resources, and engaging ideas that can be immediately implemented in classrooms or makerspaces.
