The CNC Shark HD500 was designed for heavy use and is an ideal machine for high school makerspaces. This CNC can machine everything from wood and soft metals to plastic and is ideal for prototyping and Computer Integrated Manufacturing courses. This machine includes a Color Pendant Controller and features a heavy-duty gantry freinforced with plate aluminum and a ridgid interlocking aluminum table. The CNC Shark HD500 includes a large router mount (router sold separately - series Bosch 1617 or similar), and has an improved z-axis design to allow for heavier applications (like spindles and dragster cars). Includes VCarve Software, automatic on/off software control and push button e-stop, and compatible with a variety of accessories (sold separately).
